In the city where we reside we have identified different problems. However, there is one that stands out above the others. We have noticed the number of people who cross with the traffic lights in red and even go through the middle of the street. Our goal is to make people be conscious of a big social issue: run over.

More than 35% of car accidents are caused under the influence of alcohol while driving.  Our team wanted to take this opportunity to make a statement and prevent further accidents. To raise awareness, we created a video, a song and we made a proposal to our town hall. We want people to understand that what we learn in driving school isn’t just to pass the exam but an important rule to be alive.

We are looking forward to helping those with reduced mobility in the historic quarter of our city by creating a volunteering campaign in which teenagers, between 15 and 18 years old, can participate.

This project aims to facilitate and promote the movement to the school on foot highlighting the multiple benefits in terms of health, interpersonal relations and pollution reduction, showing that combating climate change does not involve adopting habits of less comfort or less attractive, but can also be the ideal opportunity to take more care of ourselves and live healthierly.

This project aims to warn of the risks of using mobile phones by drivers and pedestrians. 

We, as a team, decided to focus the project on our school and its surroundings, having as main topic the wrong use of the bicycle.

We have created a song to raise to raise awareness of road education without drugs and alcohol and specially focused on teenagers and young people. 

"Shadow on the Road" is an educational role-playing game that will teach you the basics of road safety by spending a fun time in the company of other players. It is a collaborative role play complemented by an informative web about Road Safety.

The campaign focuses on a video about risky behavior on bicycles. It will be shared on Bicycle Day at our school, along with other activities.

The basic aims of this program it is TO THINK about some key elements relative to road safety and sustainable mobility, and TO ACT to implement an initiative of awareness in the school and the community.

In our project we exposed the zebra crossing problem in our city. There are four zebra crossings that are really dangerous; one of them is in front of our high school and most of the students cross that zebra crossing. So we came up with solutions.

Campaign for the improvement of signs and roads in Totana, Spain

In the Canary Islands traffic accidents are the most relevant cause of mortality among 15 to 24 year olds.
Our challenge: use physics to make drivers aware of the risk on Gran Canaria roads by performing an entertaining role-playing game.

Our project consisted of a photo and slogan exhibition, interactive awareness-raising presentations, simulated driving activities, a traffic-sign mural and proposals for safe access to and from our school.

"On the right way" is a radio programme produced by students in Santo Tomas School, The programme focuses on road safety, lasts 30 minutes and is on twice a month. Besides listening to it live, it can be listened to in podcasts.

The project sought a way for students to reflect, investigate and implement their own ideas and initiatives to improve road safety education in the school environment.

In Spain traffic accidents are the fifth cause of non-natural death, excessive and inadequate speed being one of the main risk factors. Our challenge: making drivers aware of the importance of obeying speed limits.

This video is an interview of teachers who cycle often and who have had problems on the road. The interviewed teachers told us their anecdotes and gave advice to travel safer
